My most heartfelt congratulations to the both of you!

Been married to mine for 63 years. She does not want to get her USA citizenship.

Should something happen to me, she would be alone here, and still has family in Germany.

I know a guy who is from Albania and became a U.S. citizen. He speaks multiple languages and has better English grammar than most Americans. He is also a better U.S. citizen, in my opinion, than most Americans. Stand up guy. Congratulations, again, to you and your bride!!

I echo everyone here with sincere congratulations.

I also have attended citizenship ceremonies. The most memorable was a young air force enlisted man who went on to become a nuclear engineer naval officer. Both hell of accomplishments!
