Sad, I ran into him in Lexington KY back in the early 80's, we were walking into the Radisson Hotel downtown, he and his manager were walking out to go to Rupp Arena for that nights event.

I just happened to look over as we were walking in and there he was, got a nice "hey brother" from him as he continued on...

He was awesome at the RNC

Oh no not the Hulkster! I really got a kick out of him supporting Trump. Bet Trump makes a national holiday for him.

I watched at the RNC and was surprised at how good a public speaker he was.

He was a local legend here in St. Pete/Clearwater. Super active animal rights activist. Just last week, he helped shut down a local pet store that was keeping puppies in absolutely horrid conditions.

He was also very active in his church here locally, having been baptised a few years ago along wtih his wife.

I met Hulk Hogan in an airport several years ago. He was a super nice fella, happy to sit and chat with anyone and everyone.

A little girl -- I'll figure she was about 5 or 6 years old -- approached him and asked him to sign her backpack. He got a huge grin on his face, whipped out a Sharpie, and got ready to write. As his hand reached her backpack he stopped suddenly and asked, "Wait. Is your dad okay with this?" Her dad clearly was fine with it, and was wearing a big ol' grin too. I thought it was very cool/considerate of him to ask before marking on the little girl's pack. He scribbled, chatted with them for a while, and boarded the plane like any other passenger.

God bless America.

I was never a big wrestling fan, but Hulk Hogan was bigger than life in the 80’s and early 90’s.
