Costco is 3.09 today and Wawa is 3.19. I don’t recall seeing it above 4. It may have been but I didn’t pay it. To my wife’s amusement I write the mileage cost and quantity of every gallon of gas as well as any service or oil change or tires. 10 years and 100k miles+.

It's worse than that. Italy uses euros. At current exchange rate and if my math isn't off, €9.23 is ~$10.70.
