How do my roof shingles look?
We had our roof washed (a second time) last week. I think we last did it six years ago. I'm no roof guy, and I was thinking about climbing up there and bringing some spare shingles I have (from the original install) up to compare, but instead, I just brought the drone out.

In general, how do you think they look? I can see some splits in a few of them, but it does not look too bad.

As we reach that point in homeownership (20 years) where stuff needs replacement, we're curious about the roof's condition.

There are no known leaks, but I have not been up in the attic in quite some time to look around. That is on my list for the fall/winter.

They are big images, so you probably should be on broadband to view them.

The shingles are 19-years-old, Timberline30 in Mission Brown.

Evil exists. You can not negotiate with, bribe or placate evil. You're not going to be able to have it sit down with Dr. Phil for an anger management session either.

Get a trusted roofing contractor to inspect your shingles/roof. Your pictures look pretty good for 19 year old shingles IMO, but it's no way to assess your roof properly.
