LL Bean has a 20% Memorial Day sale going on their website. That brings Benchmade Mini Grip down to about $75. They also have a nice selection of Gransfors Bruks axes. Good place for boots, cold weather gear, packs, etc., with the best warranty in the business. I am not affiliated, but used to live near the Freeport store, and have been very happy with their stuff, including the LL Bean Branded stuff. Adding just a bit of information re sizing: For casual wear, I like "comfort waist" expandable shorts or pants. If I am not carrying, or if I am using an OWB holster, my normal size is good. If I decide to use an IWB holster, I want one size larger in the waist for my pants. "Comfort waist" expandable does the job nicely. Problem is, if I want 36" normal, 38" expanded, should I order 36 or 38? Some vendors quote the waist size as the stretched out size, other vendors quote it as the unstretched size. I just had a "chat" with LL Beah Customer service. Amy said to order the normal size and they will stretch as much as three inches over and above that. Hope this helps for anybody who is contemplating an LL Bean 20% off order. By the way, the secret code word to get the 20% discount is "SUMMER" Forgot to mention: these look pretty good. Tropical weight for Florida heat, expandable waist, and slightly longer than "standard" inseam at 10" -- 9" is typical. Actually, since I have very long legs, I could use 11" or 12" inseam, but cargo shorts with expandable waist are not easy to find in that length. הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים

I put an order in a couple days ago, may do another before the sale is over. LL Bean supplies the only shirts that fit me nicely -- their Large Talls are comfortable. The also sell a nice version of the Wooly Pully sweater, although the quality of that one has gone down over the years, as the price goes up. -------------------------- Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats. -- H L Mencken I always prefer reality when I can figure out what it is. -- JALLEN 10/18/18

Was her name really Amy? Did you ask what she was wearing? https://sigforum.com/eve/forums...0601935/m/1910066324

I ordered 2 pair of slippers yesterday. The ones I have now are pretty threadbare after 2 years. Bob I am no expert, but think I am sometimes.

I only buy LL Bean stuff at the Outlet or regular retail store now. They will often change material or features on an old standard product that you like - my Katahdin Ironworks double knee workpants being a case in point. Harshest Dream, Reality

Couldn't help myself; had to add a Gransfors Small Forest Axe to my collection. You won't beat $104.80 for that fine little fellow.
