It’s a 12” Berkel I found for a screaming deal $300. Just had to drive an hour away and get there that day I inquired. Never used Primarily use it for slicing homemade bacon. Cold cuts, cheese, charcuterie, portion rib roasts and freeze for cheese steaks on the griddle etc ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Live today as if it may be your last and learn today as if you will live forever | |||
