Ohhh man...Beemans... that brings back memories...Beemans was aviator gum so we all carried packs and chewed it while flying.

Haven't seen a pack in probably 25-30 years, and it could be tricky to find back then...wherever did you find it?

A local store to me.

Send me your address and I'll send you some.

That's very kind of you, but I'm certain it must be difficult to find so you should hang on to it and enjoy what you found. It probably won't be at that store the next time you go back.

I'm just tickled to know they still make it. Smile

If one were to inquire as to where they could find the best news and information coverage of that which shan't be spoken of here, besides going to CNN or the like, who would it be?

NONE...
The local and national media downplayed a lot

Whatever you do, DONT go on YouTube or other search engines and type in “protests 2020” for your city/ areas of interest.

On track for an 80 hour workweek though.

Not quite my record, but definitely an honorable mention.

By December I’ll probably make more money than my boss’s boss.

Keep it up!

I stopped watching the coverage of this since the MSM keeps calling the rioters “protesters”.

RIP Officer Patrick Underwood of the Federal Protective Service. He was greatly admired by federal employees in the Oakland CA area. He made it his business to track down and arrest an individual who had assaulted a Social Security employee in the Oakland CA SSA office. God bless him and his family.

This is a joke, right! The FBI doesn’t really have that image posted on their website, do they?

I thought, Naaah; but I "Googled" it & then this came up, (among other things):

It's "The official web presence for LGBT employees of US DOJ."

90% of this nonsense is pent up frustration from the SIP/lockdown the last 3 months. It’s an excuse for all the younger super consumers to let their frustrations out. Some have been peaceful. The people looting, hope the tear gas can hits you right in the fucking head Big Grin

Not sure if Rocket Fizz is nationwide but they have all the throwback, old school candy and gum. Try to buy butter rum Lifesavers lately?

I see Butter Rum Lifesavers, Beeman gum, Cheerwine, etc. on a regular basis around here. It's all coming back. Retro is the new vogue.

Cracker Barrel has old time candies. I loved Beemans gum growing up but it lost its flavor too fast. I mostly chewed Topps Baseball card chewing gum. When it lost its flavor, I’d sniff the wrappers til the scent was gone.
