Go back and reread what Tatortodd said. Very good advice. Follow it and it will greatly help in the future.

Get a bidet, you will be thankful you did. Once the wash is complete you just pad dry with some normal TP. The absence of the abrasive wiping action from the TP helps you cope during the healing AND prevents future occurrences by not irritating the area.
