I had it free for a bit but let it expire as it cut out way too much. The programming just wasn't enough to make me want to pay for it. Have you tried iHeartRadio? Its free, streams over your phone, and you can choose local or national programs (talk radio, news, sports). I shall respect you until you open your mouth, from that point on, you must earn it yourself.

I pay $6.06 per month, billed to my CC on an annual contract. I only have to call them once a year to renew the contract pricing. I just tell them I cannot justify ANY increase over what I'm paying currently and they renew it. I used to play the 'game' and threaten to cancel every six months, but got 'Siriusly' tired of that! I also missed the deadline once by accident and had to fight w/ them to get the 'Sirius Rape Charge' reversed. After that I told them I was unwilling to continue with their service and they offered the annual contract at my current pricing. ____________________________________________________________ If Some is Good, and More is Better.....then Too Much, is Just Enough !! SiriusXM is running a special right now. $5 per month for 12 months plus $12.84 for tax and music royalty fee. Paid up front. This special includes their best All Access Package and a coupon for a free Amazon Echo Dot. (866)635-5027

I am paying nothing. I took a gamble years ago and bought a lifetime, include device streaming. I say gamble because they were unlikely to survive. So for 15 years my $375 investment average now $2.08 month ($25 annual) with no upcharges for any channel. _________________________

Yeah, but up in the North East satellite radio cuts out quite frequently due to the low angle of the satellite getting blocked by buildings/trees/terrain. OP said he usually streamed XM over his phone because of this, so in this case iHeartRadio may be beneficial to him. Copied from another site.Worth a try. Per the directions, sign into your account at http://www.siriusxm.com/ and on the tab Subscriptions, you will see a green lined drop box, select "I want to cancel". It will offer 2 options: 1. See new offers or cancel. 2. Change your subscription. Pick #1. Then you can pick a reason why you want to cancel. The first time I picked something, the options it gave me was to downgrade my service to one of two full priced peon subscriptions. Full priced lesser plan? Nah...I went back to previous page and logged out. Logged in, cancel option, different reason, and got the same options. So I tried again. Third and fourth reasons got me a slightly better offer, but nothing as good as the $5/month for SiriusXM Select. Then I tried the fifth time...JACKPOT! (It may take more than 5 tries, YMMV) 12 months of Select for $5/month plus fees/taxes. 12 months of All Access for $8.25/month plus fees/taxes. (Thanks to a Rep comment for providing the All Access price!) I stayed with Select for 12 months (if you love Nascar/NFL play-by-play or more Howard Stern, All Access might be for you). Then it gave me 3 options for that plan (plus fees/taxes on all 3). 12 months for $60 up front. 12 months at $4.99/month. 6 months for $29.94 up front. I'm alright it's the rest of the world that's all screwed up!

I bought a lifetime subscription when Howard Stern signed up. There was a sketchy time when my lifetime didn't hold up to new radios or cars but they got sued in court and now I'm good. Satellite radio is essential. Glad I got in early for the access. --------------------------------- I know my nation best. That's why I despise it the most. When I lived in Anchorage for a few years I couldn't use it at all in my truck. Satellites didn't cover that far north. I had to use unlimited data on my phone plan via the app. My lifetime served me. --------------------------------- I know my nation best. That's why I despise it the most. Lifetime subscription for me as well since 2006. Transferred the service from a portable to my Tundra in 2018, they demanded $75 for the transfer. Running about $2.25/mo including the transfer fee. That doesn't work. I did find the green lined box, but it gave no option to cancel. The only way to cancel is call them, sit on hold, only to argue and haggle with them when they do answer... I've been paying $20+ a month for years. I guess I need to suck it up and make the phone call.

I have no 'I want to cancel" option. Am I doing something wrong? I got to this screen, I was already logged in, but it only took me back the screen pictured above.. I hate dealing with them on the phone, but I guess I'm gonna have to suck it up and call them..

I'm not sure why you didnt have the cancel option .I didn't get the download manual option. If you read the screen that says cancel it says give you alternatives. I know its a long shot but could you try another browser? I use Firefox. I'm alright it's the rest of the world that's all screwed up!
