My Aggies just made it to the sweet 16, by beating the reigning champs NC Tarheels.

What a great game that was.

My Boilermakers made it to the Sweet 16. It was the first game without standout 7'-2" center Isaac Haas (14.5 ppg and 12.5 rpg), and the team took care of business.

They take on Texas Tech on Friday.

I never expected the Michigan game to be as tight as it was, that could have easily gone either way.

If Nova shows up they are going to be hard to beat Smile 22-6 run at the end of the game against the WV press.

No way anyone can say that Syracuse did not deserve to make the tourney. They played very well.

Heart, class, grit. Great bunch of kids and hall of fame coaching. Amazing season!

(And, poof, just like that, I'm a Kansas fan for the next game!)

Well, the East and Midwest both have the high seeds vying for spots in the Final Four. The West and South though...

#11 Loyola Chicago vs. #9 Kansas State in the South

#3 Michigan (the outlier, pretty high seed here) vs. #9 Florida State in the West.

Heckuva tournament

An 11 goes to the Final Four! Congratulations Loyola. They stated that Loyola is the ONLY team from Illinois to win a BB National Championship—they won it all in 1963

Montana State won it in 1929. We've pretty much sucked ever since. Big Grin

Dook loses! The NCAA can now be rid of Grayson Allen. He's had his last trip. Off to a mediocre career in the G leagues.

Kansas - Duke was a phenomenal game. I look for Nova - Kansas to be similar. On the other side of the bracket... who (besides UM fans) couldn't cheer for Loyola Ill? Great story.
