Do you use if for OWB or IWB ? I think I read that it can go either way depending on clippage.

A holster that's perfect for somebody else might be terrible for you, and vice versa.

You can try a Vedder at no risk. They have a 30-day return policy. They are very responsive to email inquiries.

My EDC is a P245 carried in a Wilderness Safepacker, but I have been thinking about AIWB for a P938 for "light duty." I might take a drive to Vedder and look at some of their offerings for this; they are just under a half hour drive from my home.

Vedder is my go to brand. Let me start off with I think most kydex holster are the same. What sets vedder IWB apart is the metal belt clip. Most kydex holsters have a plastic clip which feels cheap and flimsy. The metal clip feels far superior and holds tight to my belt.

More like an exchange policy, IIRC. They'll swap for another Vedder product but won't refund your money, which is why I try to buy from Amazon. There have been a couple times I've bought holsters and returned them because they just don't do the job for me, and bought another brand from Amazon, or simply had my purchase refunded.

And, it's rounded well so it doesn't eat your shirts.
Their J Clips are plastic, though.

I have a light draw and a light tuck for a G30s. Wear the tuck everyday without the claw. I wanted to disarm and rearm at work without slipping the belt. I like mine and going back for my eschelon. The light draw doesn’t really pull in tight on my 63 year old slightly fluffy midsection.
My primary concern was easy on and off though.
They do send a lot of media, lol. I’m a fast deleter, so not too bothered

I have two of their ComfortTuck IWB hybrid holsters.
When I carry IWB they are my main EDC holsters.
Reasonable price, seem to be well made, and after a short break-in period they conform to the shape of my hip (carrying @ 4 o'clock).
Also have two of their polymer-core leather gun belts, a black one and a brown one.
I really like them and they are now my everyday rig.
Again, reasonably priced and well made.
Hope this help.

From an email I received a few days ago, in response to a question I asked them: "we do offer a 30 day return / exchange policy that you can take advantage of if it does not meet your needs!"

I have returned a holster to them before. Got money back. They were super nice to deal with.

Thanks, cslinger and V-Tail. I'll think better of Vedder now. Wink

I’ve had two Lightucks (G26 and HK P30sK). They were well made and fit the guns well. My complaint was the belt clips. The edges were sharp and it took a Herculean effort to put on and remove. And the companies incessant emails necessitating me to unsubscribe and report as spam.

I ended up selling the holsters on eBay and going with Tulster. Their metal clips are much nicer, albeit their marketing/emails are just as bad as Vedder. They have also been unsubscribed.

I have a few Vedder, like them, mostly OWB type.

My new go-to for OWB has been Upper hand out of Utah. Since they are doing revolvers now I’m trying one for my S&W UC in 32 mag, comes Monday.

They ride high & tight, secure hold, with my semi-autos anyway.

I have two Light Tuck holsters and I like them. I am considering purchasing one for the HK VP9CC that I just ordered a couple of days ago. My other thought was for one of the G-Code holsters, they look pretty good too.

I have a few holsters from Vedder. I have tried others, but keep coming back to these.

If you sign up for their emails, they will send you emails every day. Mine go to my spam folder, so I know where to look if I want a promo code or a sale. Otherwise, just unsubscribe.

I have quite a few Vedders for various weapons. Their OWB Light Draw and IWB Light Tuck are excellent. I've tried their Pocket Locker for a couple of different guns but they both were molded too tight and did not release the weapon once the trigger guard retention was cleared. No bueno.
