Done and done. Lines weren't too long this morning as we we have several polling places for a relatively small pocket of people.

Houston Texas, if the heat don't kill ya, the skeeters will.

I see quite a few Beto signs but the vast majority of yards in my neighborhood don't have any sign at all. I assume these are all votes for Ted or not voting. Beto voters are like vegans or cross fit trainers.....they want everyone to know. Big Grin

That is certainly the way it is here in wackyland. The Progressives are super aggressive. Put any Trump or similar sticker on your car, sooner or later it will be vandalized. Lots of people I know do not like Cali politicians, but do not advertise their views for this reason.

You should put Trump stickers on liberals’ cars then.

As satisfying as that might be, why get in the mud with these neanderthal creatures? Take the high road knowing that someday, sometime what goes around comes around. Just ask Harry Reid brahaha!

I saw a Beto sign up here in Mass the other day. It was the only sign on the lawn too. Odd...

Project Veritas and the TX Senate Race

James O'Keefe's Project Veritas released an undercover sting video on Tuesday from a polling station in Texas that appears to show an election official saying that they've had 'tons' of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients voting in the election.

Project Veritas' undercover journalist, posing as the girlfriend of a potential DACA voter, visited a polling station in Travis County, Texas to ask election officials if he could vote.

"If he has his ID that’s all he needs. If he’s registered," an election worker told the undercover journalist.

"Right. It doesn’t matter that he’s not a citizen?" the PV journalist replied, adding that she had heard on the internet that he could not vote.

"No, Don’t pay any attention to that. Bring him up here," the official said.

Another woman, who appeared to be an election official, said that there was not an issue with DACA recipients voting, saying, "we got a lot of 'em."

"You've got a lot of them?" the journalist asked.

"Mmhmm," the woman replied. "From early voter. We've got tons of them. Tons of DACA voters. Okay."

This is really sad. 51% in and Beto is in the lead? It's nauseating that there are that many idiots here.

Yep. Pretty sad it’s even this close regardless of the outcome.

When you have large liberal areas such as Dallas and El Paso (where the democRat is from), this is what happens.

I'm seeing a lot of the counties that have reported yet in Texas are surrounded by red counties that went heavily for Cruz. It doesn't look to me like there's much left on the map where Beta is likely to pick up substantial numbers, as of 8:30 CST.

Don't understand how Abbot is up 10 points and Beto is winning with the same voters counted. Who the fuck votes for Abbot and Beto on the smae ballot......boggles the mind.

Unfortunately, it’s going to get worse with migrants from California and south of the border.

Some vote in large part on personality/likability rather than just party. My mother voted for Beta, because she said she thought he'd be more "cooperative" than Cruz and she was very unhappy w/Cruz over the government shutdown a few years ago. I strongly suspect she also voted for Abbot because I think by default she votes R as long as she likes the candidate.
