casNY State buying more votes. Or trying to anyway.
Due to recent law changes (enacted by whom I wonder? Hmmm...) New York State employees are getting three paid hours off work today so they can vote.
NY State employees who seem to overwhelmingly vote Democrat, or how their unions tell them to (Democrat). Well ain't that nice. I"m sure that's merely a coincidence huh?
Swell.

SigLawA quick search will show that a number of states require employers to provide employees paid time off to vote. It is not just a New York union thing.

I have a summer job at Ausable Chasm. NY State sent out a mailing to the 3 people that are still working informing them of this law.
With the polls being open from 6 am -9pm I find it hard to believe people cant vote on their own time.
