As we lovers of liberty have seen, we have serious problems in Washington DC, Virginia, and many other states. There are obviously both entrenched elected and unelected actors that are determined to undermine our liberty and destroy the republic. They intend to strip us of all of our inherent rights and rule over us and our posterity as if we are their property. The authoritarians and aspiring petty tyrants have been at this for some time but now the evidence is overwhelming. We need to prepare for a long fight and take appropriate, nonviolent, individual action now.

All Americans, and in particular Virginians, should take the time to learn the liberating truth about taxation in America. You can do that at this link: Lost Horizons

Once you make the effort, you will learn the nature of the income tax (it is an excise tax according the the Supreme Court), its legal origins (not what you have been taught), how it is administered and enforced by both the IRS and state governments (usually precisely by the law when documented correctly), see how tax is supported by multiple Supreme Court and lower court decisions, and that the “income" tax conforms perfectly with the fundamental laws and principles of America - in particular individual liberty and personal sovereignty. You will also learn how too quickly and accurately determine your actual tax liability (Federal and State) and how to legally and properly secure the maximum refund of your property. The law and the facts are on our side.

For Virginians, given the current situation, defunding our tormentors should be a high priority. For my part, I have been filing informed, legally correct tax returns on my own for over a decade. My tax liability (Federal and State) is a small fraction of what it once was - Medicare and Social Security included.

You will find plenty of rewarding reading and evidence at the website linked above. You will also get to see how the government occasionally lies, misleads and obfuscates the truth. I encourage you to buy the book and read it. It is money well spent and an easy weekend read. Given the web of lies that have been spun and the deep conditioning we have all be exposed to, reading it 3 or 4 times and reviewing the actual statutes and relevant court decisions takes time. There is a lot to unlearn but government websites make it very doable now.

Once you secure those additional resources you will have plenty of options to deploy them against the likes of “King” Ralph, mini-Mike and their fellow travelers. You will also begin to feel a real sense of Liberty while you lawfully deny your tormentors those resources. The perfect tactical and strategic move.

For the doubters, of which there will be many, I understand. The government and its agents would never lie or mislead us, right?

Time is short. Get busy, get smart and get in gear.

The adults in Georgia lead the way:

I got about a quarter of the way down the first page before I hit the parts where it became total bullshit.

You may not like taxes or how the funds they raised are used, but they're completely legal under the constitution (note that an amendment was passed specifically to allow them), and the laws passed under it.

Seems like a frivolous argument, as the IRS would call it, so I will not read one word.

It sounds awesome. I’d love to have all the taxes I’ve paid back. I just have that one niggling little thought that is kinda half formed... How does it go? Something like, “If it seems too good to be true, ...”

Yeah. No.

I read a few lines. It was enough for me to see this for exactly what it is, pure bullshit. I scrolled to the end and saw that this moron is asking for donations (handouts). If anyone thinks that filling out a couple of forms or saying some magical words to an IRS agent is going to get all of the taxes, including social security and medicare taxes refunded to you, you're an idiot.

Yep. The OP sounds like he believes himself a free traveler and doesn't wish to create joinder between his corporate personage and his human self in the government's admiralty courts.
