Lots of birdies here. Green Jays, cardinals, orioles, vermilion flycatchers, and lots of little finches. Here's a few cardinals eating supper, and they don't seem to be bothered by either me or the neighbors dog in the background. That dog is timid though, seems to be scared off by the sound of chambering a round.

Beautiful Cardinals, Virginia's State Bird. I have not seen a Cardinal at my birdfeeder in 2 months, even though one feeder is full of their diet, sunflower seeds.

No finches either.

These guys are my favorite!

I think.you enjoy watching birds was much as I do. Every morning I can sit in my recliner, drink coffee, and see what birds show up at the feeders.

Never have seen the birds you posted in the photo.

Living in the country, people seem to think it is OK to drop of stray cats. I shoot every one I see. A pet indoor cat is great but not outside.

I think all raptors are protected by federal statute. You should check on that advice.

That is what the biologist said but he had no other solution. I feed all my birds and buy meal worm larva to help in the fledging of the young especially the Blue Birds.

This is bullshit and an absolute lie.

This "biologist" wants you to go to jail.

Seems odd that a fish & game person would say a thing like that.
Hawks eat fresh meat, it's what they do.
Kill one and another moves in.
Let nature take it's course.
