Thanks guys, Peter41692 Thank you for your great advice. It took a couple of long days to clean the floor. I would say it restored the floor to an 8.5-9 on the 10 scale. I do not think anything else would of worked to that degree. After cleaning it we ordered Armstrong stain keeper and it put a beautiful finish back on it. Had this not worked to a satisfactory outcome the floor would of had to be removed and replaced. So that was a huge relief. I really appreciate it Peter41692. You have my sincere gratitude for sure.
