Is anyone else watching this?

Edited to add This is being put on by the NHL instead of the All-Star game. I thought the All-Star game had become stupid in the NHL anyway. This seems to be better but not great.

It was good to see USA trash Finland tonight. Slow start for the USA but they brought it in the third.

I was surprised Canada had to go to OT last night. I figured with Sid and McDavid they would fare a little better.

I'm not thrilled that this series is in the middle of the regular season.

If a player happens to get injured in the tournament and is out for any length of time, momentum for his regular team's playoff run might be lost.

Better to make Four Nations a pre-season affair.

I don't get the games on my TV but I will be following. Good game tonight for the US. Yeah!

I don't know, but playing Finland and Sweden doesn't stir the competitive juices as Russia and Germany would. I understand it though, I imagine most of the Russian players are canon fodder by now.

I had to go to sleep before either game ended but it’s been entertaining so far. The US did a nice job against Finland. I was also surprised to see Doughty playing. Are any of the games overseas or are they all in Canada?

Shea Theodore. He's not going back to the LVG lineup for weeks. From how he was holding his arm perhaps a busted collarbone.

Way better than the dud of an all star game

Wasn’t the All Star game mid season? Same issue.

Not the same. No one plays a hard physical game in the all star game. This tournament is different. Player are throwing real hit and blocking shots.
