Please add me, thanks.
My most positive event for 2017 was being able to keep my job after the company moved out of the USA. Another company selected 40 employees to transition over to them which allowed to me keep my 20 years of service.

Very generous karma, Edmond! Hoping your 2018 is better than 2017 for you. I'm sure if you keep at it, something good will definitely come, just keep a positive mind set!

Rules:

-tell us something positive that happened to you in 2017

I moved into a new position at work and moved from rotating 12's to M-F 8s and off holidays. First Christmas I'll be spending with the wife and little ones (5 and 2) in 4 years, so I'm excited. The work is also less stressful, less dealing with assholes Smile And my OT hasn't suffered.

-minimum 1000 posts or member for at least 5 years

Check and check.

-must not currently have one of these coins, some members missed out

Nope I missed out.

-coin is for you, no entries for other people

I definitely will keep this for myself.

-have e-mail in profile. If you do not, I'll just choose another winner

Just checked and it appears to display my email address.

-respond to winning e-mail within 48 hours

I shall.

-winners will be picked on January 1, 2018

Happy New Year! I hope things look up for you.

...Then it comes to be that the soothing light at the end of your tunnel, was just a freight train coming your way...

Awesome karma! I hope you have a great 2018, keep applying, you'll get in! Please count me in, I don't have one, would love one. Positives for me, my kids will all be home for the holidays, with 3 coming home from another successful semester of college. Thanks again for the chance, I love it here!

Keep a positive attitude! Things will work out, always seems to be a reason for strange stuff that happens.
I had a heart attack 2 months ago, this is a good thing, was an eye opener, taking better care of my self now, considering I have 8 years left before retirement. I'm back to work already and appreciate life more.
Please include me and keep digging!

2017 has been quite shitty across the board and can't hardly think of anything particularly good or exceptional but the love of my wife and other things that have been SF related.

Would love to have a coin , specially a silver one since i like silver. Any will do, just love to own a board memento.

Add me to the Karma, I had both a silver and copper but they were stolen.

I got married in 2017 to the lady of my life.

Thanks

Great Karma!

This Year was a good year to be an American. I feel like there is now hope for my Grandchildren to grow up in a better nation than I did before we elected a Great Leader who will, with our help Make America Great Again!!!

Thank you for the opportunity. I am sure that 2018 will be a more successful year for you.

During 2018, I am thankful that I had passed two significant licensing exams for my career.

Merry Christmas to you and yours, and a happy, blessed new year.

I guess you the one good thing in 2017, is I changed positions at work, I guess it is a promotion, but it's a lot more intense in I never know what I'm going to be doing. It's why I love the job, but it can be more stressful.

The pay is much better, I'm not going to get rich, but I make a good living.

The rest of 2017 hasn't been as good as I had hoped, some set backs and health issues with both me and my fur baby.

Here's hoping that the new year will be better, not just for me, but all my SIG forum Imaginary Friends.

Thanks for the Karma! Here's hoping that the New Year will be better for you!

2017 was a pretty good year for me. I got engaged to an awesome girl. I also had a successful back surgery and my recovery has been going pretty well.
Thanks for the generous karma and I really do hope 2018 provides some good things for you.

I'm not in for this Karma, but I want to wish you the best for things to go your way in 2018. I hope a door opens for you that will lead you to a future better and brighter than the doors closed to you in 2017.
