If you have time and interest the National Museum of Military Vehicles in Dubois is really nice. They have a big gun room, a lot of well done displays inside and a giant pavilion outside.

Was there during the Covid craziness. Jackson was very into the whole Covid thing, everyone wearing masks, etc. Went to Alpine for dinner with a friend. Stopped for gas as not a single person in the gas station had a mask on. Friend said that Jackson was basically the Austin of Wyoming. It was an interesting town and a great visit, but if I were going to live in the area, Alpine all the way.
