What is he talking about at 6:00 to 6:17 when he says:

Sounds like somebody was intentionally trying to twist the news to fit their agenda and that plan was interrupted when a guest was allowed to speak the truth.
He's what I describe as a tyrant in a teapot. He apologizes by indicating he has a flaw. I think his greater flaw is that he is a Socialist. That is the flaw we can't escape were he to have his way...

The thinly veiled hate has always been obvious, sitting just beneath a fake smile and smarmy commentary. This guy hates himself, he hates you, he hates that Rachael makes more money than he does, he hates everything.
His only salve for soothing his self hatred is virtual signaling. Look, he's the group that hates Trump (and his voters) the most! We (white, rage filled liberals) are so much more sophisticated, tolerant, generous, and competent. NOW STOP THE FUCKING HAMMERING AND STOP COMING IN MY EAR!
Anybody that has to threaten to "call the boss" shows how impotent they truly are. It also shows how little regard his staff has for him. He can't just ask nicely to have the the feed fixed, or to get quiet on set. Somebody in his staff probably set him up because they're so tired of his petty domination they want him exposed.
I'd bet he's been a total asshole to some unpaid white female intern all year, and she finally had enough of his shit. Get your own fucking organic sustainable soy latte, asshole.

Politics notwithstanding, this guy is a natural asshole. You can bet this is not the first time he has acted like this in his workplace, but it's almost presented like this is an anomaly. In another life I used to deal with on-stage talent and guys like this dickhead do this shit all the time.
