I understand the situation perfectly. You’re arguing for sending our troops into combat with expired weapons because we are broke. I don’t accept that as the fix. Build new ones for our troops, and send the expired ones overseas.

In the meantime, cut the expenditures domestically. Cut Social Security. Cut Medicare/Medicare. Cut the endowment for the Arts. Cut it all. There’s 40B in cuts elsewhere.

Could you please explain your enthusiasm for such support of a crooked, despotic non-western nation such as the Ukraine?

Please video it for me/us. Lol

Look, I’m trying to have an adult conversation, but if you’re just going to be silly, then I’m out. You know exactly what I’m saying. NOBODY will be facing 2,800 Russian tanks on the battlefield because they are basically scrap rushing in depots. Stop being obtuse.

Nice try at deflecting.

Ha ha ha… I noticed you didn’t answer that question about why you love the Ukraine so much?

Now, just whom here is being infinitely obtuse? lol Razz

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t the original source material and funding for the fake Steele Dossier funneled through the Ukraine?

If so it explains why Bidet is so eager to help them out with more of our money

This fall Texas picks up an extra seat in the House thanks to our population growth. Additionally, my current Congressman, Kevin Brady (solid fiscal conservative), is retiring so they chose to redraw the borders of his district.

I about shit going into primary season when I learned the redrawn district means that Dan RINO Crenshaw is my new incumbent Congressional Critter. I voted against him in the primary, but unfortunately he won. This fall, I'll have to hold my nose and vote for him as his Demonrat carpetbagger opponent, Robin Fulford, is a 1000x worse.

Seems like every time Dan Crenshaw pops up in the news, I'm surprised and disappointed in his statements and actions.

This Ukraine bill should prove two things once and for all to all Americans. One, there is only one uni-party in Washington DC, and two, that party doesn't give a damn about the citizens of the United States. Crenshaw's just a cog in that machine.

And regardless what money or weapons the US sends to Ukraine, there are 'zero' US national security interests being served. Everyone with a functioning brain stem knows China is the primary enemy of the US (well that and the garbage in Washington), not Russia. But hey, let's keep throwing US resources we don't really have at this point at a problem in a non-NATO country we have zero responsibility to meddle in, while continuing to poke at an unstable Russian leader with an inventory of strategic and tactical nukes. What could possibly go wrong? Roll Eyes

I've claimed time and again you could replace the morons in Washington with a few hundred drug and/or alcohol addled transients from under any bridge in this country and it would be an marked improvement over what's there now. I still hold that opinion.

Tucker Carlson's opening monologue from Wed 5/11 puts this into perspective. Simply put, our .gov is prioritizing Ukraine at the expense of Americans, and that is absolutely unconscionable! The $40B in question absolutely DWARFS whats being spent here in America to protect our own borders and the lives of Americans! They're ALL IN on Ukraine, and they're NOT EVEN TRYING here in America! Mad

ANYONE supporting the decision to provide this aid package (or that actually voted for it!), either doesn't get it, or doesn't care about the American taxpayer, the VERY Real problems we have right here in our own country!

This is where I am at with Ukraine. We need an America first priority and that appears to be strictly a no go. With Biden in control it’s back to business as usual in Washington.

We should not stick our noses into what is essentially a territorial dispute on the other side of the world.

We have a vast amount of issues here at home, mostly caused by over regulating and over spending within a span of many decades.

Let's fix our issues at home, stop deficit spending, pay down the national debt and unfunded liabilities, lower taxes, do a cost: benefit analysis on ALL laws/regs and only keep the highly beneficial ones.

After we've done all of that, we can maybe afford frivolous things such as massive foreign aid.

To hell with Ukraine, and Zelinsky is as corrupt as they come. This money needs to get spent right here, period.

Tucker Carlson lays it out very well and last night Jesse Watters ripped Lindsay Graham over many of these issues. This crap has to stop.

Yes! Those cartel members have way too many tanks and armored vehicles.
