"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24

I’ll sprinkle and mix in about 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon into vanilla Greek yogurt…was skeptical at first and now it’s becoming my go-to snack.

Great suggestion! I just bought some raspberry chocolate and it is outstanding. Only 80 calories as well. Their Key Lime is also superb.

I actually prefer Greek yogurt to regular yogurt. I like the thicker, less watery texture of the Greek.

However, I recently discovered skyr, which I think is better than either Greek or regular yogurt. It's become my go-to yogurt.

Skyr is a type of strained skim milk yogurt, originating in Iceland. It's fantastic. Skyr has similar texture to Greek yogurt, but less fat than normal Greek yogurt, and is better tasting than the low fat Greek yogurt. It's a win-win.

Aldi has Friendly Farms (house brand) skyr intermittently. Walmart and other grocery stores sometimes carry Siggis brand skyr. Whole Foods or other fancy/hippie grocery stores often have skyr.

Just like other yogurt, it's commonly offered in plain, vanilla, and various different fruit-on-the-bottom options.

Give skyr a shot if you like Greek yogurt.

Yeah, my wife likes the Siggi’s and Skyr. Says it’s a texture thing.

Still, I’m telling you guys, Ryazhenka baked-style Russian kefir is where it’s at. Big Grin

I did as well. Been eating it for years. Until I found out how much sugar is in it. I switched to Oikos triple Zero. Less sugar.

Yeah, that’s what I’ve been into lately. The vanilla flavor is quite good. I’ve got half a container of it left in the fridge I need to get into and finish off.

I would've thought the word `yogurt` would be your first suspicion. Like haggis tells me I don't want it in its pronunciation.
