Elbow grease is still gonna be needed but I use this method… measuring cup full of Ammonia, place in the oven before bed, next day get a wet scuff pad, wipe down with paper towels. No strong odors, pour the cup full of ammonia back into its container. If the oven is really bad, you’ll need to repeat for a couple nights, not too bad, but then I’m retired!
