The Lt. Governor is saying she will get rid of anyone who covered up Cuomo's inappropriate sexual activity.

What Sessions gave him was a very mild rebuke but appropriate for that situation I suppose. Sessions knew enough to keep himself between the young girl and Biden. So he knows Biden is a child molester. It also shows Joe has no impulse control. He’s totally hard wired to immediately gravitate to children in any situation and start handling and fondling them. He does this in very public situations where he knows video is being run and photos taken. This is more than a entitlement he feels it’s a uncontrollable impulse.

The reference was actually to sex scandals. Since Pataki, the last three have all resigned or did not seek election after filling out a term for a resigned governor: Eliot Spitzer, David Paterson, and now Cuomo. All sex related.
