I caught myself yesterday 'assessing' my decline. Mrs DF and I worked on the ranch last Thursday to get some stuff done before the bad weather set in. It was vigorous work but I got winded enough that I had to rest for a few minutes. That was unexpected. It gave me pause to consider I'd better get busy this Winter to be physically ready in the Spring to continue building on Rancho Costa Plenty. That is why I looked at my appearance in the mirror, raised my arms and flexed. Just want to say that aging ain't for wimps. lol. I'll never be back in my peak 28 yr old shape again. No regrets. I had my glory days. I gave them up for wife and kids. Like Balze, I'm not going to check out my glutes and lats though. I don't need to be discouraged when I'm trying to hold the line.
