moline ,Il ( the quad sillies) is closing,it's only been open three years

I kinda wonder if they saw the writing on the wall , when Costco announced that they were opening a store only ten miles away.

I am so ! disappointed with Costco lately that I do not want it to close, but there is another one
ten miles away , so no biggie

Glad to see that my Sam's Club is not closing. I do a lot of shopping there, including my prescriptions.

That should put 14 cashiers out of work.

They closed the Manchester, NH, store last August. Seabrook in this round. We're down to two stores in the state now.

They are turning 10 into online service centers. walmart is getting into internet sales more and more.

Frankly I dropped my sam's membership years ago. I have no need for the huge amounts they sell and found that buying smaller quantities at Walmart or the same items is almost just as cheap. The seven or eight times a year I shopped there was no worth the cost. I really didn't need 72 rolls of toilet paper.

I had heard and have no idea if it's factual that Sam's did all the butcher services for the local Walmarts.

Here in NH, Costco has no interest in expanding. Yet the locations they do open new stores in don't seem like great areas. Heard a rumon BJ's was going to open at the Seabrook location.

Probably the ones that will feel it the most are small retailers who bought their products there.

Sams will completely refund your account for those affected, or extend your account for three months for free. So everyone with a sams account should take advantage of the three free months or the account refund.
