NJ Eagles fan hurled vulgar insults at female packers fan ❗ Eagles banned Ryan Caldwell for life An Eagles fan from New Jersey has now lost his job as a result of his obnoxious and vulgar heckling of a female Packers fan during last Sunday’s playoff game at Lincoln Financial Field. The woman’s fiancé posted video of the man repeatedly using the “C-word.” It immediately went viral, and the fan was identified as Ryan Caldwell from East Brunswick, NJ. (Typically Jets/Giant territory) If you wear another team’s colors to an Eagles’ game, you expect you’re going to get heckled. Caldwell’s behavior was way over the top. When team executives saw the video, they immediately banned Caldwell for life. They also reached out to the woman, Ally Keller, to apologize and sent her a gift package of Packers gear. Interesting WHO he worked for: You’re Fired What may make Caldwell’s behavior even more egregious is that he worked for a company called BCT Partners. They are a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) management consulting firm based in East Brunswick. Their goal is to help companies ensure that all employees are treated fairly and have equal opportunities. Its not clear what Caldwell’s job responsibilities were, but he wont be doing them for BCT Partners anymore. The company announced he was fired on Tuesday. Posted by BCT Partners on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 BCT Partners issued a statement on social media condemning Caldwell’s behavior at the Eagles’ game, calling it “vile, disgusting, unacceptable, and horrific.” “In keeping with our company values, which are firmly centered on respect, dignity, and inclusion, we have decided to part company with the employee,” the statement reads, “This separation is effective immediately.” They also apologized to Keller. I saw the video yesterday. The irony was rich. I read he was a project manager at the DEI firm. He certainly didn't believe in a diverse audience at the football game or including the woman in enjoying the game. Banned for life and a good backhand is what he needed. As much as I dislike the POS, I'm a little torn on firing the guy from his job. We have to be careful here. If a company doesn't like Trump supporters or a conservative social media post, should they have the right to fire them for that as well? I guess one could argue that a company can do whatever it likes but it can become a really slippery slope. I wonder how this "Banned for life" from attending games work. Same with the two idiots who tried to strip the ball from Mookie Betts during the WS. They don't check IDs at the gates. Do they pass out pictures to the ushers to be on the look out for these people? A simple disguise would defeat that measure.

https://www.grunge.com/1033196...ts-stadium-for-life/ Before you attempt to master the art of disguise by donning some glasses and a phony mustache in the hopes of going incognito, you should understand how stadium security works. How probable is it that security staff will know even one individual out of thousands when their job is to scan faces and stop trouble before it starts? Advertisement In a separate interview with The Washington Post, William Squires alleges major stadiums, like Yankees Stadium, even deploy moles, or covert security personnel in the bleachers, to catch people attempting to bypass their ban. Another beer-soaked example of this is the ”super-recognizers'' from the Munich police department, which prevented people from entering Oktoberfest in 2018. If stadiums conduct cross-checks on all credit cards used to purchase tickets, it would theoretically be simple for forbidden fans to have a friend buy tickets for them using one of their credit cards. Although, any friends who bought the ticket may be in hot water with the stadiums too (per The Washington Post). On a more advanced, rather dystopian level, face-recognition technology may conceivably be utilized in the future to ensnare bold supporters undeterred by lifetime bans. As a result, sports stadiums could follow in the same depressing footsteps of airports, casinos, and Taylor Swift concerts. While stadium security experts say it's still a few years away from being implemented, sports stadiums could essentially become a panopticon with a playing pitch (per The Washington Post). ___________________ "He who is without oil, shall throw the first rod" Compressions 9.5:1

'We' don't need to be careful at all here. This was a 'Business Decision' by his employer, and presumably his employment was 'At Will', so he could be terminated with or without notice for any reason, at any time! That said, do you not realize that the company he worked for was a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) management consulting firm. Though I vehemently with DEI in any form, anywhere, his actions would seem antithetical to the mission of his employer. That level of irony cannot be made to go away. You simply can't keep that guy on the payroll once his public behavior is on display, for all the world to see! ____________________________________________________________ If Some is Good, and More is Better.....then Too Much, is Just Enough !! This degree of fanaticism is indicative of one of the reasons that the Superbowl is off-limits for discussion in the forum. Ridiculous, childish, insane behavior. ____________________________________________________ "I am your retribution." - Donald Trump, speech at CPAC, March 4, 2023

I'm glad he was banned by the Eagles from attending games and he certainly deserved to lose his job considering his employer exists to promote diversity. There's nothing wrong with some playful teasing of fans supporting other teams but to many Eagles fans are obnoxious and go way overboard to the point their actions are rude and disrespectful. I guess one way to ensure he stays away from Eagles games is to threaten him with arrest if he trespasses on Eagles property.

Personally, I think most professional sports are idiotic, and if you are that much of a fanatic, then so are you. This moron likely buries his head up the Eagles ass to make up for some kind of perceived inadequacy in his own personal life. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer. I do not condone his behavior but I agree with you. The guy wasn’t at work, period. Say C to someone at work, you know you’re gone, security to the door, don’t let the door hit you on the way out, but he wasn’t at work. Slippery slope indeed. Perhaps he was drunk. Everyone knows stick and ball games are unruly, especially if you are wearing a competitor’s jersey at a home game, and especially on the East Coast. Philly, NY, Boston, are notorious for this. I watched a family of one of these, think it was Boston, where they had visiting family and wanted to go to the game. The patriarch said that was fine and they could use his season tickets but specifically said “no children.” It’s been a thing for decades. Words are not violence, and this is cancel culture. People are acting like this guy beat up someone with physical violence or something. Words are not violence. Was he stupid? Of course, an idiot. But a no contact incident shouldn’t get you canceled from your job, DEI employer or not. More cancel culture bullshit. What am I doing? I'm talking to an empty telephone

The guy was an asshole, but this wasn't at work. Getting fired no matter who he worked for doesn't seem right. "But, as luck would have it, he stood up. He caught that chunk of lead." Thank you Very little |
A little Irony in this, in a way he he became a victim of his own belief system, the very product he sells to companies to implement, DEI. We all know DEI is about money not DEI nor is it about fairness, compassion, caring. It would be a violation likely of any employment agreement he has, and, how could the company let him be on staff and represent the movement of DEI to it's clients. Having said that, the guy filming was wearing a body cam, outside of Law Enforcement, Military and security, who wears a body cam, well a guy with lots of online viewers, with a channel on YT, a guy with go fund me pages to pay for his trips to Packers games... Plenty of posts on X discussing this and that he and his fiancée were egging the guy on, hand jerk signals, saying things. Here's one. Not saying the potty mouth deserves a break, but it's possible that he gave the guy filming exactly what he wanted to increase his views and contributions, what is typified as a standard Philly Fan, rude and nasty in action.. Basically he put on screen how bad Philly fan interactions are at games with fans of the other team. https://x.com/JonMarksMedia/st.../1879246447356645664
