I'm good with that. It's a game, for crying out loud. I can see good natured ribbing but outright hostility???

Very ironic indeed.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Having said that, the guy filming was wearing a body cam, outside of Law Enforcement, Military and security, who wears a body cam, well a guy with lots of online viewers, with a channel on YT, a guy with go fund me pages to pay for his trips to Packers games...

Plenty of posts on X discussing this and that he and his fiancée were egging the guy on, hand jerk signals, saying things.

And there it is. Hypocrisy at its finest. At a stick and ball game, playoffs, East Coast, heated fans, ALWAYS, dating back decades. I don’t care if the guy works at a DEI place or what. Anyone with a job in corporate America, doesn’t matter what function you provide or work on, has DEI this and that training blah blah. Maybe the guy doesn’t even want to work there but that’s all he can get and he’s got a family, mortgage, etc. Some streamer/inthluencer egged it on, etc, with heated fans, ground breaking. Stupid, all of it. And it’s still cancel culture and needs to stop.

Body cam? I’d love one too but not to post it on the internet for views, but to protect myself if someone lies to Police, neighbor, whatever. It’s sad our society has come to this. Heated fans at a NFL playoff game and it’s news? This kind of thing has been going on since forever. It shouldn’t even be news. People just have nothing better to do with their lives.

What am I doing? I'm talking to an empty telephone

I saw the douchebag's LinkedIn profile and it was all that stupid virtue signaling "they/them" pronouns in it. Roll Eyes

Eagles fans already have a bad rap and this guy didn't help with that, at all.

Before you attempt to master the art of disguise by donning some glasses and a phony mustache in the hopes of going incognito, you should understand how stadium security works. How probable is it that security staff will know even one individual out of thousands when their job is to scan faces and stop trouble before it starts?

In a separate interview with The Washington Post, William Squires alleges major stadiums, like Yankees Stadium, even deploy moles, or covert security personnel in the bleachers, to catch people attempting to bypass their ban. Another beer-soaked example of this is the ”super-recognizers'' from the Munich police department, which prevented people from entering Oktoberfest in 2018.

If stadiums conduct cross-checks on all credit cards used to purchase tickets, it would theoretically be simple for forbidden fans to have a friend buy tickets for them using one of their credit cards. Although, any friends who bought the ticket may be in hot water with the stadiums too (per The Washington Post).

On a more advanced, rather dystopian level, face-recognition technology may conceivably be utilized in the future to ensnare bold supporters undeterred by lifetime bans. As a result, sports stadiums could follow in the same depressing footsteps of airports, casinos, and Taylor Swift concerts. While stadium security experts say it's still a few years away from being implemented, sports stadiums could essentially become a panopticon with a playing pitch (per The Washington Post).

That is some East German STASI shit right there... Eek

I'm shocked. I thought Philly fans were the most polite fans in the nation.
I dare you to park your car with out of state plates anywhere near the stadium.

A lot of us are fed up with the cancel culture BS. I would work with the most liberal, blue haired climate activist on the planet and as long as they are professional on the job, I don't care.
Over the past several years, we have seen gun shops being denied credit by the bank because they sell firearms, freezing bank accounts of anti-vaccination protestors (Canada), firing people over hurtful social media posts, etc.. Comedians can't even be funny anymore in fear they will hurt someone's feelings.

Some of these fans are so over the top. I remember when an Alabama fan poisoned the trees at Auburn. I just don't understand how fans can get so worked up over a damn game.

Anyone who brings bad PR on their employer should be in fear for their job. Everyone knows everything in public is on camera now. Knowing that and still acting like an a-hole and/or taking the bait is no excuse. Not the employer's fault that everyone can look this guy up and tie him to the employer. Life is hard on stupid people and it should be.
