You could save some money by removing the weights from the other three tires, thereby negating the problem from your lighter tire missing the weight.

This should balance the vehicle and keep the missing tire from lifting off the ground from the missing weight... Big Grin

Besides, if you removed the weights from all four wheels there’d be nothing to keep the car from floating away. Surprised that you didn’t know that.
