Why haven’t we reached a point where most security cameras are crystal clear HD? Seems like most footage is still fairly crappy.

Sixteenth Officer killed so far in 2019.

We had an MHP Trooper ambushed 6 weeks back. He was shot in the side of the head, neck and back.

He has been making amazing gains, but will probably never be totally 100% ever again.
