There is some osb on the exterior of my camper that i need to coat. About 50 sq. ft. I was thinking some type of bed liner that will provide some protection from scraps and weather. Only thing I could find was in the form of a spray can with no info on how much of an area it would cover. I was thinking a pint that I could brush or roll on would be more than enough. Any recommendations on what to use? I do not wan to buy a gallon at $50 Thanks guys.

JB Weld Herculiner comes in Quarts. It's $32 so if you need 2 quarts it's still cheaper than their $89 gallon.

Project Farm had rated this very good in one of their recent reviews.

EDIT: Just checked and a quart is 15 sq ft coverage for 2 coats. They're saying a gallon is 55-60 sq ft (i.e. 6 ft truck bed).

If you don’t want spend $50, I guess covering it with marine grade plywood is out of the question. Razz

Thx guys. This camper is is built. So no need to redo with Mpw. I see there is a bed liner in a mega spray can. Not sure who much it would cover or how it would work? I think it or the other product mentioned would work. These area's are not really overly exposed to the elements so I think it could stretch either out to cover the areas I need to.

There’s deck coating that is thicker like bed liner. I used it on a trailer bed.
