Perhaps, because of the mayhem they cause some places, we should call them a "circus" (Latin for circular road or ring). Such as the Bath Circus.

I’m usually in libtard central or OR. People in OR, in general, seem to pedantically follow traffic laws. In stark contrast to libtard central where everyone is entitled to do as they please. Didn’t know that this was more universal. "Wrong does not cease to be wrong because the majority share in it." L.Tolstoy "A government is just a body of people, usually, notably, ungoverned." Do No Harm, Do Know Harm |
An officer stopped a driver for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sigh. “But officer, I slowed down”?! So the officer started beating the driver with his lead sap, asking him “Do you want me to slow down? Or stop”?! Something like that You would be amazed at the smartassery I’ve heard when stopping people for not even slowing down for stop signs. The rollers don’t even get attention, because there will be a blower in a couple of minutes, marked car sitting there and all. Knowing what one is talking about is widely admired but not strictly required here. Although sometimes distracting, there is often a certain entertainment value to this easy standard. -JALLEN "All I need is a WAR ON DRUGS reference and I got myself a police thread BINGO." -jljones
