Cornyn’s defeat makes me smile. I want anyone who won’t fully support the 2nd Amendment voted out of office. His lack of 2nd Amendment support has been a disgrace to Texas for quite some time. I’m so happy he’s on the way out. I’ve disliked him for quite some time.

As wimpy as Cornyn is, Paxton was impeached by his own party for a huge list of crimes. Tallarico is a freak but if enough Texas (R) sit on their thumbs on election day they could lose the seat. I don’t think it will happen but enough money and advertising about how Paxton is a crook it could sway enough people in the middle.

I don’t understand that when the Democrats say they’ll nuke the filibuster when they get power back, why Republicans won’t just go ahead, do it for them, and pass the Save America agenda anyway.

Best explanation I've seen: Thune wants a slim Republican majority so that the RINOs remain influential. If they get too big of a majority then Murkowski and the other RINOs lose their ability to get pork barrel funding, obstruct Trump's agenda, etc.

Paxton was impeached by turncoats in his own party that were in colluding with the Democrat Party. He was acquitted on ALL Impeachment Charges! This was/should be widely known...Not sure where you get your news, but you 'might' want to rethink where you get your info as you're repeating the Leftist Democrat narrative.
