What's your end goal? Disassembly to reattach to the wires? Would a replacement solve the disassembly issue?

Yes, the intent is to replace the connector and terminals. The wires have been cut and we're attempting to rehab that connection.

We did manage to get the terminals out today, inserting a tiny-diameter probe and finally finding a tab to release them. Are fresh terminals and seals available? I'd love to be able to recrimp these leads and put it back into service.

Pic of the terminals? I don't recognize the connector, but the terminals are probably more standard & pretty recognizable. I've got a box of random terminals, but very few sealed, as they're a PITA to hand crimp.
A P/N would help, I doubt polaris has MFG-specific numbers molded in, so you're looking for a 4 or 8 digit P/N.

Oh, rats! I didn't get a pic of the terminals once they were out.
One of the geniuses in our lab was able to remove the cut wires and then soldered (!) new ones in place. The connector is back in service. Cool

Thank you all for your help!

God bless America.
