All I know about Trey is he seems to be an all hat, no cattle kind of cowboy. We need the cattle kind of cowboys now.

I sense a change of heart in Mr Gowdy. His establishment tendencies were better hidden until recently, and now a retirement announcement. He's been witness to all the slimiest crap in government, and has blown a fairly quiet whistle. I wonder if he's realized the private sector is a safer place for him.
