They had a reason. This happened yesterday. quote: A President Biden judicial nominee who struggled to answer fundamental questions about the Constitution has advanced through a Senate committee.
The Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday voted 11 to 10 to advance Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren, a Biden judicial nominee for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Bjelkengren and two contentious judicial nominees moved on due to Democratic California Sen. Dianne Feinstein's return to Congress after battling an illness.
Bjelkengren garnered headlines earlier this year after appearing before the committee, where she said she did not know the answer to some questions from Republican Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy about the Constitution. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news...5b5f172a174403&ei=10

There is no reason for this, she could resign and Newsome will appoint another farther left D to replace her. |

She hasn't done any work in years. Her staff does everything for her...including votes.

Deplorable exploitation of an obviously very sick and elderly woman by the Democratic machine. That said, I have no sympathy for this woman who was part of, and supported, the Democratic Party for so many years. In some states, this exploitation would be categorized as felony elder abuse. Shame on the Democratic "leadership". |

"To keep a seat D"? Is there any real chance that a Republican would be appointed or later win that seat? Let her retire. Newsome will appoint some unqualified Democrat to fill it until the next Election, and her contituents will likely validate it. flashguy
