If you ever wondered how this stuff works this guy explains it pretty good. The country that developed it doesn’t allow it to be used for Weight loss but step right up America. This stuff has the potential to decimate insurance prices if insurance is forced to pay for it since you have to be on it your entire life. It essentially paralyzes the way your stomach works and because of the protection money involved it has been pushed on without the usual precautions, sounds familiar. This interview is unbelievable how it spells out how sick our country is and how corrupt the system is (big shock). https://rumble.com/v4azgvi-big...nt-even-know-it.html Big Pharma Is Fooling You Again, and You Don't Even Know It

Big Pharma Is Fooling You Again, and You Don't Even Know It Yeah but more and more people are asking questions and starting to figure it out. "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown "The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth." -rduckwor

It's now being used as a first line treatment for childhood obesity. Do away with all of those old fashioned notions of eating healthy foods and exercising. You know, those things that worked just fine for a few hundred thousand years. Nope, throw them on drugs and give them a smart phone to play with. ________________________________________________________ "Great danger lies in the notion that we can reason with evil." Exactly what they want. They have a client for life then. 30% of young people and as high as 80% of older people are overweight. It’s crazy that they are wanting this to be the first answer. It’s already the most valuable company in the EU and they’re just getting started. This message has been edited. Last edited by: 1s1k,

Prepared for the Worst, Providing the Best |
Diabetes and obesity treatment in the US is a really bad joke. It's all about selling you stuff to make you dependent, and it does nothing to diagnose or treat what's actually wrong with you. I got diagnosed as type 1 diabetic 3 years ago. My pancreas just stopped making insulin. I asked why that happened, and they told me it's probably auto-immune, but they did absolutely nothing to try and figure it out. I have no hereditary history, was reasonably healthy, had no major risk factors...but it wasn't worth investigating to them, and I'm going to live with his for the rest of my life without ever knowing why or how it happened. The worst part was that for a period, the body is still making some insulin, which is better than none, and you'd think that if they actually cared about beating the disease somebody would at least figure out a way to stop the process...but they didn't even try. They do, however, try to sell me fast-acting mealtime insulin, pumps, and supplies every time I go in there. Nevermind that I've been keeping my A1C in the healthy range with a strict diet and exercise routine, and daily injections of basal insulin...they keep pushing me to just eat what I want and become more dependent on the products. Ozempic is the same sort of thing. Instead of expecting people to stop dumping huge portions of unhealthy crap down their gullet, we'll get them hooked on a chemical that shuts down their digestive system. Because it's easier (and FAR more profitable) than exercising discipline and self-control. I know a guy who's on it, and we both kind of started in the same place about 13 years ago...overweight and out of shape. We were both going for the same job at one point, which had a physical agility component. I worked my ass off, changed my diet, and lost 60 lbs. He did not. I passed the test, he did not. Since then, not much has changed. I kept up the work and kept the weight off, he stayed overweight. I got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, he got type 2. I now eat like a damn rabbit and run/walk 5-8 miles a day, he eats whatever he wants and takes Ozempic. I'll admit there are days that it sure sounds easier, but as long as I'm physically able to fight this on my own, I'm gonna do that rather than increase my dependence on chemicals, especially ones that may have long-term consequences. Life can still decide to kick you in the nuts regardless, but at least you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you gave it your best fight.

Ozempic has been my Type 2 savior. The beginning of the problem was a large dose of Simvastatin. When I stopped taking Simvastatin my A1C dropped 1 pont but the damage was already done. I could not take all the other Type 2 medications which did not work well anyhow. Weight loss was a good side effect. I lost about 30 lbs but started gaining it back about a year ago when I stopped watching my diet. I have gained back 5 lbs & am now holding steady. __________________________________________________ If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit! Sigs Owned - A Bunch

Why don’t you fix your little problem and light this candle |
I agree with Anush. It lowered my A1c by 3 points. Once you adjust the weight loss part goes away as you don't eat often, just not as much at a time. So if you want to keep playing games with your diet it won't stop you. Anyway, it can't be prescribed as weight loss anymore. So you have to have diabetes. Which is its purpose. I leveled about 7.4 and my doc wants it down another point. I am doing OK. Weight is steady and I am feeling good. Exercise is starting back up and that really helps. The plan is to start reducing meds and manage more with diet and exercise. But I will take some Rx for the rest of my life. 150lbs down and my knees and hips are much better. I did the weight loss the hard way with no meds. Ozympic the last year and I have only lost 15 lbs. Anyway it is popular so everyone has a video to be clicked on and don't forget to subscribe and slam that bell. It really helps the channel. This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we'll be lucky to live through it. -Rear Admiral (Lower Half) Joshua Painter Played by Senator Fred Thompson

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ That statement is false. A doctor can prescribe any drug he wants for any condition. A correct statement would be that insurance would refuse payment. c

Not anymore. Highly illegal and can lose your license. In fact, many physicians are referring these cases to endocrinologists to avoid problems. Bariatric clinics will often take these referrals.

^^This. It feels like a game. What a doctor prescribes may make you better, temporarily better, worse. It may also set you up for more problems and visits. It's up to you to judge their agenda, rules they must follow, and whether it's right for you.

This is what America always wanted, a no pain weight loss methodology. Well, there is pain in your wallet as yo'insorance ain't gonna pay for yo' gettin' skinny. And that pain is gonna hurt, it ain't cheap. The down side is that the rich fat ladies have hurt the Type II diabetics' access to a pharmaceutical that may be needed to maintian their health. I have a friend who was unable to get Ozempic locally because the pharmacies were holding on to their supplies for the rich and fat. Well, profit is the American way apparently even in healthcare. (Just don't tell that to the thousand of physicians and hospitals who take care of the insured and Medicare patients.) I even complained to the state Pharmacy Board and a pharmacist friend and she told me that the pharmacies don't have to sell to anyone even those who medically need a drug and have a prescrioption for that drug. He had to switch to another semaglutide for his diabetes. Fat ladies, enjoy your new life-long friend. Hope your money hold out. Did you watch the video? The point is: Ozempic does nothing to improve or maintain your health. It simply masks or mitigates the symptoms of metabolic dysfunction. To add insult-to-injury: It may actually create new problems that didn't exist beforehand. The irony here is the vast majority of Type 2 diabetics complaining of the difficultly in obtaining Ozempic to treat their condition are diabetic directly as a result of own obesity: Ref: Type 2 Diabetes Causes and Risk Factors That being said: If "our" FDA were really even minimally looking out for the health and welfare of Americans it would outright prohibit Ozempic being prescribed lacking a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes. It hasn't been doing that since it's inception over 100 years ago. All one has to do is look at how they've pushed toxic seed oils (at the behest of those making them) over tallow/lard/butter...you know, healthy fats. Remember how eggs were deadly for decades? Remember the bullshit food pyramid that we all learned that pushed carbs out the wazoo and limited healthy fats? We didn't get fat and unhealthy overnight, this has been a long time coming. Big business, big money, good lobbyists, and a complicit government. That's how we got here. You create a society dependent on shit foods and then you start selling them 64 oz. sodas and put king-sized candy bars at every check-out stand. Nope...we're fucked. We have a society that is morbidly obese (judged by the eyeball and not the BMI). They are going to die younger than they should whilst draining Medicare/Medicaid more than it should be. And we all get to pay for it. Ain't it great? ________________________________________________________ "Great danger lies in the notion that we can reason with evil." Doug Patton.

I'd say that is quite accurate. Yes, I know BMI is a bad measure of health, but the people you see in the store that look visibly obese while fully clothed are not sitting at BMI 26-28, they are WAY over. There are a lot of them out there.

It turns out that may not necessarily be true. One of the fitness types I follow in X recently posted the results of a meta study (IIRC) that showed two things:
Here's the interesting part: It didn't matter whether the high BMI was a result of obesity or lean body mass. Unfortunately, I did not bookmark the post as my BMI is well within a healthy range (and was even when I was mildly overweight [for me]), and I doubt I'll ever have to worry about it being high from muscle gain "America is at that awkward stage.
