I think you'd have to be a bit off balance to dress like that in the Georgia summer heat. Can't be very healthy. Probably don't smell too good either.

Yes there is a child in the stroller.
I saw her today in normal clothes panhandling.
But still close to the middle of nowhere.

Furries are a hoot, in a Bless Your Heart sort of way. I know some folks who are into that, and I was floored to learn that many of their outfits cost between several hundred and a few thousand bucks each.

Generally harmless, but this situation seems quite different.
