Oat_Action_ManNicely done! How did you do it? We have a friend who is young and struggling with her weight (and suffering the comorbidities of obesity) and it would be nice to hear how you achieved success. More like advice to someone going through it and struggling.

My current BMI is 27.81, which is supposed to be overweight. BUT, I am having a big problem right now with water retention from my blood pressure meds. My calves are swelled up so much I can hardly walk.
Anyways, here's a handy
