Congrats to you. I lost 20 pounds recently by focusing on eating lots of veggies etc. Exercise is key too.

Nicely done! How did you do it? We have a friend who is young and struggling with her weight (and suffering the comorbidities of obesity) and it would be nice to hear how you achieved success. More like advice to someone going through it and struggling.

Wow. You did something amazing.

My current BMI is 27.81, which is supposed to be overweight. BUT, I am having a big problem right now with water retention from my blood pressure meds. My calves are swelled up so much I can hardly walk.

Anyways, here's a handy BMI Calculator to allow you to generate your own BMI. Excuses you'll have to generate on your own.
