I am NOT Obese...

FenrisI am NOT Obese...
...well not anymore, though I'm still
over-weight.
This morning my BMI (Body Mass Index) was down to 29.9. That is down from a peak of over 53 about eight years ago when I weighed somewhere north of 400 pounds.
Now, all I need to lose is another 38 pounds and I won't even be
over-weight.

GWbikerI know, it's tough to lose more weight, now especially when we're told by "Experts" to stay home, sit around and eat more.

C-DubsCongratulations! That is very commendable!
I’ve got to lose a bunch, but ever since my ankle ligament/tendon tear in 2017 and the 2 subsequent surgeries, I have difficulty walking or standing for prolonged periods, so I’m not nearly as active as I used to be.
The hibernation weight from winter doesn’t go away over the summer like it used to, and just accrues more the following fall.
I’ve got a plan in mind, though. Now, just to follow through with it.

TigerDoreThat is great news, Fenris! Congratulations!
The willpower and dedication to accomplish that has to be herculean. You have my admiration.

OutnumberedWow, that is an amazing milestone, congratulations! Without derailing, may I ask you what combination of specific diet and exercise worked so well for you? I could stand to lose "a few"!
