Hmm...
Yep. Hmmm. Cause federals don't monitor pro gun sites fishing for (real or imagined) violations. Just saying.

slosigThat looks AWESOME.
Looking at the finished pictures makes me a little sad in two ways though: 1, it makes think of the phrase “those are amateur numbers” when I look in my safe. 2, it makes think, “Dang, I *really* need to move to a free state!”
Thanks for sharing your excellent project and providing further motivation!

SigFanOttoSig - That is awesome!
I wish I had a place in my home where I could do something like that. (Translation: I wish I had a place in my home
that my wife would allow me to do something like that.)

Awesome - I see them. And I ordered a elegoo printer a few days ago so we'll see if I can get it to work. Thanks!

I still read but mostly stopped interacting on forums for similar reasons a little over four years ago...

I had to build an office in my garage when we had a third child and it is slowly becoming an office / gun room since it stays locked and alarmed.

OttoSigIf you use pistol hangers or heavy guns increase the infil % to make them a little stronger, I had a pistol mount break with a 1911.
And the Garands could use a beefier mount.

MagnumUAnother thought is to replace the closet door with a Murphy Door or bookshelf. Here is a link -

So did you close on the sale and then leave the door open to surprise them? That would be a neat surprise!

MagnumUDuring the sale, we advised there was a "safe room" and the dimensions, but did not allow anyone to view it. Left it with freshly painted bare walls, finished floor.
You're right, it could have been a real surprise.
