Urban Dictionary list for scrotum has definitions using one or the other form or even both in the same definition. So it was actually helpful.
I recommend the forum adopt the “sac” spelling as our standard form.
I also suggest a hyphenated form when it is associated with the word “Ball.” As in “He was shot through his ball-sac.”

But, a "scrote bag", "dick bag" or "douche bag" is a form of asshole.
Yet a "Balzac" is a Frenchman.
