Anyone have a source for a desert tan/coyote US flag patch that's matte, not shiny? All the ones I've found so far are made using thread that looks to be metallic such as brass, etc. Velcro backed or not. Thanks.

Google those terms and you'll find pages of them, with and without velcro.

Look for PVC patches. They're made from flexible vinyl/plastic, and are generally matte. No shiny thread there.

They're also waterproof, they can be cleaned off easily if they get dirty, and they're more durable and abrasion-resistant than sewn patches too.

For example: http://milspecmonkey.com/store...270-us-flag-pvc.html
