Problem solved.

The one I linked to is marketed as a lifeguard's hat. It really works well but I hate having to wear it because it means it's really hot and I'm working outside (probably mowing Mad)

Way back in the day when we still had horses (4 decades ago), I wore a Milano Larry Mahan western shantung straw hat (similar to this one) which I really liked.

Neither of these are straw, but these days when it is hot and I need to be out it's a Dortman Pacific Solarweave.

Or a simple Jaxon summer ivy cap in any number of colors. Smile

Tilley for me.

The only issue with Tilley is that the color does not match my 5.11 fabric colors.

Excellent customer service.

Washable. When I sweat into the fabric, I just hose it down and hang it to dry.
