RogueJSKClosed on our home yesterday.
Congratulations!
I won't lie: There are occasional days when I miss being able to pick up the phone and call the landlord to tell them something is broken and needs fixing, especially after laying out ~$9k in home repairs/improvements over the past 6 months.

But the good outweighs the bad.

Or a different correlation between people whose homes were foreclosed on, and the decent number who then decided to trash the place before leaving.
During the big mid-2000s crash, it wasn't uncommon for foreclosed owners to wreck and strip the inside of the house, removing every cabinet, bathroom fixture, light fixture, exposed pipe, outlet cover, light switch, etc. before leaving.
It got so bad, banks started having to offer "good behavior" money. As in, "if you leave without trashing the place, we'll cut you a check for $XXXX".

old rugged crossJuniper grows slow. They are sort of an ancient tree. It won't get huge in your life time. Especially there. Ugly, nah, not like a cactus! Enjoy
