darthfusterWhat Do You Call The Opposite Of A Mask Nazi Or Mask Karen?
The particle/droplet argument for wearing masks is only valid if it takes an aggregate of exposure to infect. Since it only takes a single virus strand ( or whatever it’s called) to infect and the virus is airborne, none of the masks the public wear a is effective.
More than that the principle being established is wrong and the same basis some political systems use to compel burkas.

While theoretically true, that is not accurate in the real world. Viral dose makes a HUGE difference in the likelihood of becoming ill. That is true of all pathogens, not just Covid.

The amount and concentration of a virus in an environment directly affects the likelihood of infection. The question is not whether masks, or a particular mask, reduces that, but whether they reduce it sufficiently to appreciably decrease exposure.
