Jesse Watters (of Watters' World) said last night on Fox News that she probably wasn't fired--that it's practically impossible to fire a teacher these days because the Union will fight it. Since the school administration has posted that she is "no longer employed" I guess he was wrong.

I want live cams in all public school classrooms.

Now.

We put them on cops so they could be held accountable for abusing their authority and using too much force. I want them in the schools to watch teachers.

Same arguments apply. They are public servants and should be held accountable for their actions taken on taxpayer dime, while holding citizens (in this case kids) under their authority.

I had never before considered cameras in classrooms but now that it has been brought up, I think it is a great idea.

Working in LE, cameras help prove that we did things right in the face of false allegations. That should bring teachers some comfort, right?

But this video here just illustrates one of the many reasons my kids are homeschooled.

I’m hoping parents in her vicinity make her comments so unacceptable that she moves back to NYC or the left coast. The only way to get these people to back off are for the people that disagree to be just as harsh with her or harsher. Let me hear of this being told to MY children in school.. Fortunately I live in a such a small town this wouldn’t get passed by or accepted. We will see about keeping it that way.
