Years ago I enjoyed listening to NPR. It was not political and rather educational. Some of the programs were a half hour in duration and really covered a subject well. | |||

Post an anti conservative show, followed by replays of Rush's Broadcasts ! If pulling the funds doesn't shut them down as they alternative funding they'll just continue to spew propaganda, we can't shut them down, so force them to become neutral in their broadcasts, nah, probably not... | |||

The funding amounts to roughly $530 Million to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Yes, significant. That's enough money to maintain a lot of miles of roads, etc.
They already have corp sponsors. Federal law says They can't air Commercials because of their broadcast license being "non-commercial / Educational" class, but they use a loophole where they can state "facts" like: "Programming made possible by XYZ Corp. XYZ Corp provides the following services....." It's a really stupid loophole. | |||
