OP here. I consulted my orthopedist who said the symptoms present more like Sacroiliitis and gave me a Prednisone dose pack and I'm on day 4 of a 6 day dose. It's already helped a good bit. Thanks for all the advice.

Stretch a bunch and find a pro to teach you how to stretch properly. There was a time that I went to the chiropractor three times a week and did in-gym physical therapy three times a week. That eventually got rid of it and continued fitness kept it away. Once you're healed up and managing your pain...start a regular fitness routine: running, rower, elliptical, core work, lower body strength training. You don't have to turn yourself into a Navy SEAL or something but you do need to move and train your body at the very least three times a week if you want this problem to stay away. I feel great when I maintain the discipline to work out. When my discipline fails and life gets in the way I'll be OK for a little while...and then the pain will start to come back, and I'll have to work three times as hard as my normal routine to get back to good. ---------------------------------------- Death smiles at us all. Be sure you smile back.

This. 45 degree angle for five minutes, a few times a week for a couple of weeks.
